Healthy & Flavorful!

Ending the day with a terrific healthy dinner is always best!  I made a very traditional Arabic dish made up of lentils & rice with semi caramelized / crispy strands of onion on top with olive oil drizzled all over and you eat it with pita bread.  It's extremely simple to make, flavorful and best with either pepperoncinis, pickled veggies or a traditional water-based parsley salad on the side (very refreshing!).  Your hands are your utensils!  A very fun, healthy & flavorful dish!
