Lisa M: My parents migrated to the US from the Middle East in the early 70s. I was born in MA and grew up in CA. My mother cooked mostly Indo European / Mediterranean dishes that were healthy & flavorful. I want to share with you the tradition that I tasted throughout the years! Enjoy!
